Charlotte’s Southern Spring Home & Garden Show goes Mid-Century Modern

This year mark’s the 50th anniversary of Charlotte’s Southern Spring Home & Garden Show (March3-7) which would put it’s first year at 1960 – when mid-century modern design was going full throttle.  So the show is taking this opportunity to showcase Mid-Century Modern Design.  Ted Cleary, of Ted Cleary Studios is constructing a MCM home to showcase Modern Style as it relates to landscaping, architecture and inerior design. Wow!

Ted is actually constructing this home complete with Chevy wagon and interior furnishings. Ted will be speaking about mid-century modern landscaping for today’s modern home owners.

The show is also featuring Pam Krueber of Retro Renovation. If you haven’t checked out her blog- you better. It’s fun and her Save The Pink Bathroom campaign is a must.
