Lansdowne is truly one of the best kept secrets of Charlotte for it’s inventory of mid-century modern homes. The Lansdowne neighborhood was built primarily in the post modern 1950′s and 1960′s, has large lots, tree lined streets and sidewalks. The neighborhood has a number of original owner homes, but these homes are beginning to change hands to young home owners that are doing some fabulous mod renovations.
Lansdowne is considered a southwest neighborhood of Charlotte and is bordered by Lansdowne Rd and Sardis Lane to the north and south. Sardis Rd and Providence Rd to the east and west. Jefferson Park and Mammouth Oaks neighborhoods join Lansdowne to the north and adds to the inventory of Mid-Century Modern homes!
